  • Schools are responsible for the accuracy of job postings. Global Teachers Bank does not guarantee the validity of any posting or profile.
  • Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information they share in their profiles and applications.

5. Content and intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant Global Teachers Bank a license to display it on the platform.
  • The platform, its design and branding are the property of Global Teachers Bank and may not be copied without permission.

6. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

  • Global Teachers Bank is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made or losses arising from use of the platform, including hiring outcomes.

8. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
